Beef Stroganoff-slow的食材和调料
| 500g beef, cut into thin strips | |
| 1 tsp paprika | |
| 1 onion, chopped | |
| 1 clove garlic, minced | |
| 2 handful mushrooms, sliced | |
| 1 tbsp all purpose flour | |
| 1/4 cup white wine or brandy | |
| 1cup beef stock | |
| 1/4 cup crème fraiche or sour cream | |
| Chopped flesh parsley |
Beef Stroganoff-slow的做法与步骤
- 1.
Season beef with salt & pepper& 1 tsp paprika.
- 2.
In a large skillet: heat 1 tbsp oil : Brown the beef-Remove. In the same pan: butter & olive oil Fry the onion & mushrooms & garlic Add 1 tbsp flour: 1-2 minutes
- 3.
Pour in 1/4 cup wine: reduced Add 1 cup beef stock Return the beef: Boil & simmer : 1 hour (Stir occasionally)

Stir in 1/4 cup creme fraiche: heat through Season to taste. Sprinkle with parsley.
