Seafood Chowder的做法说明

Serves 4

Seafood Chowder的食材和调料

500g marinarasalmon, cod, smoked haddock, prawns, musles……
2 rashers bacon, chopped
1 small onion & 1 celery,finely chopped
2 medium potatoes, peeled & diced*corn kernels or peas
1 tbsp butter
2 cups fish stock
thyme & bay leaf
1/2 cup thickend cream
chopped fresh parsley

Seafood Chowder的做法与步骤

  1. 1.

    In a large pan Melt 1 tbsp butter or olive oil Add 2 bacon: golden Add 1 onion & 1 celery: softened Add 2 potaotes *Add corn or peas or both

  2. 2.

    Pour in 2 cups fish stock Add thyme & bay leaf Boil & simmer:10-15mins Mash or puree half of the soup

  3. 3.

    Add 1/2 cup cream Add 500g seafood : 5mins-cooked. Season. Sprinkle with parsley.

    Serve with crusty bread.
