| Mashed potatoes | |
| 50g butter & 50g plain flour | |
| 1 cup fish stock & 1 cup milk | |
| 500g seafood marinara:salmon,cod,smoked haddock,prawns | |
| vegetable of your choice | |
| *1 tsp mustard | |
| *1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese | |
| *lemon | |
| 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley | or dill |
| *2 boiled eggs, sliced |
Fish Pie的做法与步骤
- 1.
(In a sauce pan. seafood & 1 cup fish stock & 1 cup milk: poach for 5 minutes Remove the fish. Reserve the liqueur. Preheat the oven to 200c.)
- 2.
In a sauce pan. Melt 50g butter Stir in 50g flour: 1 minutes Pour in 500ml milk & fish stock : thickened *Season:1tsp dijon mustard 25g grated cheese lemon zest & lemon juice salt & pepper Add 1tbsp parsley.or dill or chives.
- 3.
Add vegetables of your choice: peas, sweetcorn carrots & celery (pre cooked) spinach or leek . Add seafood.
- 4.
In a oven proof dish Seafood mixture *arrange egg slices Spread mashed potatoes (50 50) *25g grated cheddar cheese Bake: 200c for 20-30minutes
