Bolognese的食材和调料

1 onion & 2 carrots & 2 celery & 2 garlice,finely chopped,
2 rashers bacon or pancettadiced
500g beef & pork mince*chicken livers
*1 cup red whie
1 400g tin chopped tomatoes* 2tbsp tomato puree
1 cup beef stock*splash of milk
oregano & fresh basil leaves
grated parmensan cheese
400g tagliatelle or spaghetti

Bolognese的做法与步骤

  1. 1.

    In a large pan: heat 1 tbsp olive oil Add the bacon or pancetta: crispy Add the vegetables: 10mins-soften *Add chicken livers: brown Add 500g mince: 10 mins-brown.

    *Pour in 1 glass red wine: reduced & evaporate Pour in 1 tin chopped tomatoes & * 2 tbsp tomato puree Pour in 1 cup beef stock Add oregano Boil & simmer for 1-2 hours (stirring occasionally)

    * Add splash of milk Season to taste. Mix in the pasta.

  4. 4.

    In serving plate Pasta & bolognese sauce Sprinke with grated parmesan. Scatter with small basil leaves.
