Bolognese的食材和调料
| 1 onion & 2 carrots & 2 celery & 2 garlice, | finely chopped, |
| 2 rashers bacon or pancetta | diced |
| 500g beef & pork mince | *chicken livers |
| *1 cup red whie | |
| 1 400g tin chopped tomatoes | * 2tbsp tomato puree |
| 1 cup beef stock | *splash of milk |
| oregano & fresh basil leaves | |
| grated parmensan cheese | |
| 400g tagliatelle or spaghetti |
Bolognese的做法与步骤
- 1.
In a large pan: heat 1 tbsp olive oil Add the bacon or pancetta: crispy Add the vegetables: 10mins-soften *Add chicken livers: brown Add 500g mince: 10 mins-brown.
- 2.
*Pour in 1 glass red wine: reduced & evaporate Pour in 1 tin chopped tomatoes & * 2 tbsp tomato puree Pour in 1 cup beef stock Add oregano Boil & simmer for 1-2 hours (stirring occasionally)

* Add splash of milk Season to taste. Mix in the pasta.

In serving plate Pasta & bolognese sauce Sprinke with grated parmesan. Scatter with small basil leaves.
