预热烤箱200度。把大蒜切掉上部,抹橄榄油,用锡纸包好,烤45min, 或烤至变软
- 2.
在大锅里加 1 tbs 黄油中火加热至化掉,加入百里香和烤大蒜片,烧1-2min,加入红酒和盐调味。煮沸后加入贻贝,加盖烧6-8min
- 3.
搅匀贻贝,盛出。将剩余汤加热浓缩至一半后,加入余下的黄油和欧芹。将汁倒在贻贝上。
