| mashed avocado | 1 |
| red bell pepper, thin strips | ¼-1/2 |
| large organic carrot, thin strips | ¼ |

Veggie “Sushi” Rolls的做法与步骤
- 第1步.
在紫菜片上涂一层牛油果泥,放上切好的灯笼椒、胡萝卜、苜蓿芽、西芹碎,快速卷起,切成小块。

蘸料:芥末,酱油,柠檬汁 可选topping: 芝麻、黑胡椒
