西红柿炒鸡蛋简单又美味，另一个让人满意的菜谱在“yanyan新手下厨”里的。西红柿炒鸡蛋，这是我8岁的时学习做饭的时候做的一道菜，我妈妈也经常做这道菜。这是我最喜欢的菜肴之一，现在我仍然喜欢它。
Simple and delicious, Tomato and eggs, from the yanyan Basic’s menu is another meal time pleaser. Scrambled eggs with fried tomato and spring onion, this was my first ever dish I made when I was 8 years old and one my mum would cook often. It was one of my favorite dishes then and I’m still making this favorite now.
西红柿炒鸡蛋-新手下厨 Tomato and Eggs的做法与步骤
- 第1步.
锅里放油烧热后炒鸡蛋，鸡蛋炒好盛出来。
- 第2步.
把西红柿倒入锅里翻炒直到变软。
- 第3步.
把炒好的鸡蛋和葱倒入锅里加适量盐与西红柿一起翻炒，然后出锅。
小贴士
1.炒鸡蛋时按自己喜欢的火候掌握，刚开始学习做饭的朋友不要开太大的火以免食物糊在锅里。
2.我喜欢把西红柿炒的像西红柿酱一样，如果你不喜欢太烂的那就别炒太久。
3.喜欢吃蒜的朋友可以在出锅的时候放一点蒜沫提香。
