Chimichurri 汁的食材和调料
| Flat leave parsley, minced | 1/4 cup |
| Garlic, minced | 4 cloves |
| Cilantro, minced | 1/2 cup |
| Red wine vinegar | 1/4 cup |
| Lemon wedge, juice | 1 |
| Red onion, diced | 1 tps |
| Black pepper | 1 tps |
| Salt | 1/2 tps |
| Dried oregano | 1 tps |
| Extra virgin olive oil | 3/4 cup |
Chimichurri 汁的做法与步骤

Combine vinegar, salt, garlic and shallot in a medium bowl and let stand for 10 minutes. Stir in cilantro, parsley, and oregano. Using a fork, whisk in oil.

For steak:
Separate sauce into equal parts. (Use half for basting or marinade; Use other half for table service).
