火龙果燕菜月饼的食材和调料
| (a)Dragon Fruit | 200g |
| Water | 250ml |
| Castor Sugar | 60g |
| Agar agar Powder | 1汤匙 |
| Instant Jelly | 1茶匙 |
| (b)Coconut Milk | 100ml |
| Evaporated milk | 100ml |
| (c)Dragon Fruit | 300g |
| Water | 750ml |
| Castor Sugar | 110g |
| Agar agar Powder | 3 茶匙 |
| Instant Jelly | 3/4 汤匙 |
火龙果燕菜月饼的做法与步骤
- 1.
材料(a)的火龙果肉与清水放入果汁搅拌器,打烂后与其余材料(a)放入锅里边煮边搅至滚。
- 2.
加入(b)料煮滚马上离火,倒入小杯子,待稍微冷却
- 3.
将(c)料放入锅里边煮边搅至滚,倒少许在月饼模内,待稍冷却后轻轻放入(2),再淋至满,待冷后放入冰箱冷却,取出切块享用。
