| cake flour | 150g |
| Parmesan cheese | 50g |
| sugar | 1tbsp |
| beaten egg | if u like |

Parmesan cheese cookies的做法与步骤
- 1.
Add butter and sugar mix well
- 2.
Add Parmesan cheese
- 3.
Sift in cake flour mix well with a spatula
- 4.
Roll out the dough between two pieces of plastic wrap to 5mm think ,refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes to set and chill
- 5.
Oven to 180C (350F) about 15minutes (if u like u can add egg on top and cheese )
