宽意面[linguine]400g
无盐黄油30g
橄榄油2 tbsp
[brown shrimp]90g
3-4瓣
柠檬1个
[chives]一小把

葱蒜香褐虾意面[Brown shrimp pasta with garlic & chives]的做法与步骤

  1. 1.

    柠檬皮擦屑,挤出柠檬汁。香葱切碎。水中加少许盐,将意面煮软。沥干水分备用。留一勺煮面的水,备用。

    中火,锅中放入黄油和橄榄油。当黄油开始冒泡时,放入褐虾,翻炒。加入蒜瓣,加盐调味。继续翻炒2分钟,直到炒出蒜的香味。加入柠檬皮屑和柠檬汁。

    加入步骤1中的意面和煮面水。小火翻炒1分钟。加入香葱,即可。
