boil the oats for about 3 min, stir frequently

Turn off the heat, add milk, raisins, chia seeds and honey. Stir well.

While waiting for the oatmeal to cool, cut season fruit into pieces and distribute them into containers.

Pour oatmeal into containers, then put the containers in refrigerator
