    红花菜豆切长条,焯水2分钟,沥干备用。柠檬皮擦屑,挤出柠檬汁备用。

    热锅倒入油,加入蒜,炒香。加入红花菜豆,大火翻炒1分钟。加入虾仁和柠檬皮屑,继续翻炒,直到虾仁变色。加入芝麻油和辣椒油。加入柠檬汁和杏仁片,翻炒均匀,即可。
