Kashmir Pulao

Kashmir Pulao的食材和调料
| Small Yellow Onion | 2 |
| Cocktail Nuts | 1/2 cup |
| Rice | 1 cup |
| Milk | 1/2 cup |
| Masala Powder | 1 tsp |
| Butter (or Ghee) | 1 tbsp |
| Raisin | 1 box |
| Cinnamon Sugar | 1 tsp |
| Salt | to taste |
| Cheese, grated | 1/3 cup |
Kashmir Pulao的做法与步骤
- 1.
Soak rice (use Basmatic rice if you like) in warm water for 30min.
- 第2步.
Fry nuts and raisin in butter until slightly colored. Drain with paper towel.

- 第3步.
Fry onions with cinnamon sugar. Again, drain with paper towel.

- 第4步.
Mix milk, masala powder, salt and 1 bowl of water in wok. Bring to boil then add well soaked rice. Continue to boil for about 3-4 mins.

- 第5步.
After that, turn down the heat to minimal. Cover and cook for another 10 mins.

- 第6步.
Blend in nuts, raisin and onions.

- 第7步.
Serve with cheese. Enjoy.
