蒜香黄油虾仁意面[Linguine with garlic butter prawns]的食材和调料
意大利扁面条[Linguine] | 200g |
蒜末 | 2-3个蒜瓣 |
黄油 | 50g |
虾仁 | 175g |
柠檬 | 1个 |
香芹[parsley] | 适量 |
盐 | 适量 |
蒜香黄油虾仁意面[Linguine with garlic butter prawns]的做法与步骤
- 1.
意面煮熟。虾仁去除虾线。柠檬皮擦丝,余下的柠檬切块。香芹切碎。将黄油放入锅中,加热,放入蒜末,炒香。放入虾仁,炒至虾仁变色。关火。放入柠檬皮,加适量盐调味。

倒入煮好的意面,和虾仁混合均匀,撒上香芹碎,装盘。配柠檬角,即可。
