泡打粉2小勺
2小勺
细砂糖2大勺
椰子片55g 烤过
鸡蛋4个 蛋黄蛋白分开
乳清干酪ricotta500g
牛奶310ml
香蕉4根 切片
新鲜蜂巢200g 弄成大块

姜味干酪煎饼配新鲜蜂巢Ginger and ricotta flatcakes with fresh honeycomb的做法与步骤

  1. 1.

    面粉,泡打粉,姜粉,细砂糖,拌入椰子片,在中间挖个小槽,倒入蛋黄,350g ricotta和所有牛奶。混合至顺滑。

    蛋白打至湿性发泡,与1混合。

    平底锅小火加热,刷上一层薄油,倒60ml(1/4杯)面糊(旋转倒入,使面糊厚薄均匀)。煎至面糊表面开始冒泡,翻面,煎一分钟。重复至所有面糊用完。

  4. 4.

    每个盘子堆三块饼,放一大团剩下的ricotta,放上香蕉和一大块蜂巢。
