包子的做法与步骤

水要温,把其他乱七八糟的都倒进去搅吧搅吧

过大概10来分钟,那个水里就一层泡泡,应该就是yeast出来了

然后慢慢加面粉里,揉啊揉啊,55%水要是不够就再加点,不能太湿的,反正不要超过60%就行

必须冷水起蒸
