Generally you can skip the butter and milk if you're using kind of chocolate truffles, or low cocoa milk chocolate, the reason why I use is to prevent the chocolate wrap to be too thick and also to lower the cost :).
If you're using dark chocolate, then you need more butter and milk.

Melt chocolate+butter+cream in a container with warm water surrounded (50C degree)

dip the potato chips into the chocolate and quickly take them out

- 3.
rest them softly on oilpaper
- 第4步.
Chill in the fridge

- 第5步.
Take out after 2 hours and enjoy! Don't eat them all up in 2 seconds like I DID if you don't expect to see them on your belly the next morning like I DID. Hia hia!
