Wash scallops in running water, while boiling water on the stove.

Put scallops into bowl/plate (whatever that can fit all the scallops), and spread white pepper on top of eachs callop.
- 3.
Wait patiently until they are cooked. Take them out, and apply some 蒜蓉豆豉醬 on top of each scallop.
