| Oil | 1/8 cup |

Mix all the powder, separate egg yolks and egg white. Add egg yolk to liquid and add liquid slowly into powder
- 2.
Beat egg whites until stiff peak ( add some sugar)
- 3.
Fold the egg white into batter
- 4.
Spray oil onto the waffle iron. Once done, served with maple syrup or butter
